My name is Samantha (but I go by Sam) and I am both a UX/UI designer and professional photographer. This is my portfolio of my UX/UI design process and work I have done for companies I have worked for and concepts that I have had throughout my time as a graphic designer. I have 5 years experience as a graphic designer and over a year of experience as a UI designer. Also took a one year intensive program in Communication Design at Fashion Institute of Technology and got my UX Design Certification from General Assembly in NYC.

Originally from Texas, I enjoy a good BBQ as well as have a knack for southern hospitality. Also I have traveled to over 5 countries around the world and hope to go to many more in the upcoming years. New cultures and experiences drive my inner designer to challenge myself and do new unique work in the world of UX/UI design.

Going to new galleries is always exciting for me to learn something new from the art world. Modern and classic artwork helps mold my designs with a unique approach for each project. As a UX/UI designer, I truly enjoy working with other creatives to collaborate with them on projects to help make UX/UI designs more dynamic and functional.
